THS Band – Booster Notes for the week of April 6

Dear Trinity Band Family,

We begin with a note from the directors:

Trinity Band Parents,

We have asked current Trinity Band students to help with our colorguard recruiting efforts for the 2015-2016 season. Mr. Agustin will be hosting 2 introductory clinics April 28 and 29, culminating with a formal audition on May 1. All clinics and auditions will take place from 4:30-6:30pm on the THS campus. All candidates interested in auditioning MUST attend both clinics. Any band member who recruits a new guard member who attends both clinics, the audition, and enrolls in marching band for the entire first trimester will have $200.00 paid to their band dues by the band department at the conclusion of marching season. This only applies to new recruits who stay enrolled in marching band through the entire season and maintain their eligibility. You may recruit as many students as possible and receive the $200.00 credit for each guard member who enrolls, up to total amount of band fees owed.

Recruiting flyers and forms are available for your student in the band hall (or see attached). You must fill out the information on the form and return the completed form to Mr. Wahrmund. All completed forms must be turned in to Mr. Wahrmund by Monday, April 27, 2015 by 4:00pm.

Thank you.
