Dear Trinity Band Family,
It’s Texas Independence Day!
Hope everyone survived (enjoyed?) the blast of winter weather.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at the Band Booster Meeting tomorrow night. Attached are the meeting minutes from the February meeting for review.
If you can contribute any of the items noted below, please bring them to the meeting.
If your student has had a growth spurt and will likely need new vipers (marching shoes) next year, please consider donating his/her old marching shoes. All sizes are kept on hand for loaning out during emergencies. Vipers also double as dress shoes during concert season. When unexpected circumstances arise (and they do!), your student can check in his/her street shoes, and check out a pair of vipers! This is a great service, and we appreciate everyone who is able to contribute. Seniors are welcome to donate shoes, gloves, wicking shirts – we always need extras! And anytime you are out shopping and see a sale on black socks, please consider picking up a pack for the uniform closet. Black socks are priceless year round – they are just as important during concert season!
